This website, goranstankovic.net, is the portfolio of Goran Stanković, a digital product designer and WordPress developer. This page explains what personal data the site collects, why it is collected and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who is responsible

What I collect and why
When you use the contact form. The form asks for your name, your email address and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to talk about the work you are asking about. The message is sent to my email inbox and a copy is kept in the website’s database. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share your details with anyone for marketing.
When you email me directly. Your email address and whatever you write are kept in my inbox for the same purpose.
When you visit the site. Like every website, this one runs on a server that records basic technical information for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. My hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps these logs to run the site securely and deletes them on its own schedule.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies at all for visitors. A login cookie is used only when the site administrator signs in.
Services from other companies
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Vimeo. The Transylvania Trail case study includes a video that loads from Vimeo only when you press play, with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting turned on.
- Gmail. Messages from the contact form are delivered to a Gmail inbox.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for up to two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a project, in which case they are kept as long as the project records require.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to show you the personal data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to oksline@gmail.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
